Service Cancellation
Xlaxyrongrizeph understands that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your event planning services. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service and timing of the cancellation request.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Xlaxyrongrizeph. The specific cancellation terms for your service will be outlined in your service agreement.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility for Xlaxyrongrizeph services depends on several factors, including the timing of cancellation, services already rendered, and costs incurred on your behalf. Refunds are calculated based on work completed and non-refundable expenses.
Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-refundable deposits and costs already incurred. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may not be eligible for refunds due to vendor commitments and planning work completed.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services provided by Xlaxyrongrizeph are non-refundable, including initial consultation fees if services have been rendered, deposits paid to vendors on your behalf, custom design work already completed, and any services already delivered.
Processing Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, Xlaxyrongrizeph will process the refund within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Service Modifications
If you need to modify your event planning services rather than cancel, Xlaxyrongrizeph will work with you to adjust your service package. Modifications may result in price adjustments based on the changes requested.
